@trimano1234 your screenshot shows that you are in build mode.

I can see the grid lines. You can not put cookies in inventory. 

As I said in my previous post, you need to be in game mode. 

So, please close build mode (inventory) and try again

That's what Sims do during this time of the year  they bake a lot!

When one of your Sims is not busy, tap on a plate of cookies and then choose the option Clean Up.

You will have to repeat this action in order to remove all the cookies.

The Korean Sims game does not have “ clean up “ option 😭

If you tap on a plate of cookies in game mode,  the option should be there. We have the same options in every language

Press cookie item, the CLEAN UP function is not available.

My game is not a message option, it comes out as a figure.

The box shape is a clean up function.

But when I press that chocolate item, it becomes all gray, which means inactive.
And a warning message appears that the item can not be clean up.
But other items can be clean up.
That chocolate is the problem.

I think it's a game that I download from Korea, so it's different from SalixCat’s game options.
