No matter what I do I get drafted by the dolphins even as the number 1 pick

Same here, the best thing I've found is to get to the off-season, demand your release during stage 1 of off-season, then sign as a free agent. The Giants always offered me a contract but never the Titans no matter how bad their QB was. I would create a save point, a few times no one offered me a contract and I had to retire. Another thing that sucks about having to be on the Dolphins is that they updated the trades of Tunsil, Stills, and Fitzpatrick, but they forgot to give the Dolphins the draft picks, so they basically trade their 3 best players for nothing.
