Can’t loot Death Boxes

@EA_Aljo if it happens in a match .. it will keep being so until the end of this individual match.. even if I close the game by ALT + F4 and restart it then return to the same match it will prevent me from Using anything that requires pressing E button (looting climbing ropes) or any other legend tactical and ult abilities ...

I’ve had the same problem, first with Caustic, then with Octane and Horizon.  It has even started preventing me from picking up shield cells off the ground.

this bug has only happened to me in Ranked I had no issues the day before the Chaos Theory event update... I’ve lost points due to not having enough loot because I get locked out of looting anything because of this game breaking bug.. I can only loot ground loot till my bag is full then im not allowed to loot anymore once my bag is full

I can’t loot boxes either, I pick it up, and it goes back into the loot of the death box. No errors nothing!!! Just lost a ranked game because the game didn’t let me get ammo!!!

Mine just happened with Horizon on World’s Edge in a Ranked Silver match.  Couldn’t ping some objects on the ground and could not loot anything from deathboxes.

Just on every account in every game I can't loot items out of any death box.   It makes the game unplayable
