cant apply debuffs

why cant i apply debuffs anymore i have played over 20 games even changed my team so they all aplly a negative effect but every time it says doged or resisted even on abilities that have a 100% chance and i do have high level charicters am i the only one having this problem or what?

are you playing against a team that has yoda? he has a clenched fist looking symbol as a buff that he gives the entire team, if thats on its impossible to apply any debuffs or to dispel any of their buffs

besides that, I am def able to debuff my opponents

nope infact i have yoda on my team even normal stormtroopers cant be de-buffed it says they resisted every time even when pogle the lesser whoes normal attack has a 100% ability block chance wont work on them
