can't set different outfits for characters anymore

If you choose a helmet or clothes for a character (Germans)  for i.e Sniper all other characters will chnage to the same outfit.

i am not able to set a different outfits to different characters anymore.

Outfits are tied to character now, instead of class selected, so this is working as intended.
So if you have the same character selected for all 4 classes of a faction, then they will all look the same.
If you want different appearance for each class, then you need to have different characters selected for each class.
