can't buy rainbow stars

Summarize your bug I can't buy rainbow stars and when ever I try to it says they are not avalable.I know this is not a bug on pc but please fix this on playstation.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? go to rux and try to buy rainbow stars (do it on playstation 4)
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Snapdragon
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? doesn't matter
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

@rpws54u32gu0 Have you tried going directly to the PlayStation Store while not in the game to see if you can buy rainbow stars? Either by using the following link https://store.playstation.com/en-us/grid/search-game/1?query=rainbow%20stars or from the console XMB.

@GLiTcHz2 Yes I tried to but they never appeared (I even cheked in rux)
and I had to get a refund

@rpws54u32gu0 Thanks for the report.  I'm not noticing any issues on my end with the PS4 rainbow star offers.  What region / country do you play in?  Are you on a child account?  Have you changed regions at any point in time between when you were last able to purchase rainbow stars and when you noticed the issue started to occur?
