What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug When i check Cad Bane's Payout it says 25% evasion (lvl 2). but when Im in game it only says 15%. Why is that?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Cad Bane. Upgrade his payout to lvl 2. Go in game collect payout and Voila.

These guys flag it in the system so the game developers know it's broken. The devs actually prioritize bugs and fix them.

All we can do now is keep our eyes on the main forums for patch notes.
