How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What happens when the bug occurs? I won the team matthews squad 5-1 or 6-1, i cant remember exactly. Now the game shows i lost the match 0-3. It even shows that I played with the anaheim ducks, while my team is the winnipeg jets. That switched to Jets when i restarted my PS4. It also shows that I have only played one game and have 830 battlepoints. I got those 830 BP from my first squad game.
What do you expect to see? The points that should have been rewarded for me or a rematch because the game is unrepeatable.
