broken tree for light tanks

Summarize your bug The light tank tree is broken.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing with the Staghound or the Panzer 38T and the two specilization autocannon in combination with the AP APCR rounds.
What happens when the bug occurs? When combining the autocannon with the APCR round or AP round you do 0 zero damage when you shoot with the autocannon against tanks. 
What should be happening instead? For the Staghoud DICE needs to swap the tulip dumbfire rockets with the AP round now the littlejohn adapter still has the penetrating ability but the staghound can now fight back with the tulip dumbfire rockets when go down the 20MM autocannon.  For the Panzer 38T DICE can swap the deploy AT mines with the APCR round. Now the Panzer 38T can defend against infanty but also lay mine traps or go down the right tree and have a more fast tank figher with the KWK 38T L/47.9 cannon and the APCR rounds.

Why is the specilization three of the light tanks broken. I'm talking about the amored piercing round in combination with the autocannon. When combining the autocannon with the APCR round or AP round you do 0 zero damage when you shoot with the autocannon against tanks. 
Why is this even an option in the specilization tree nobody want to choice this option or be at a disadvantage when equiping a combination of specilizations. DICE repair the broken tree because this is just dismissing the gameplay of the light tank!
