Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. EVEREST_YTT
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Octane
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. whole game
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. joining match
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? So many

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue?
What happens when the bug occurs? Banned for no reason! It seys i have cheated but i cant cheat on Grforce NOW Cloud Gaming and dont know where to find cheats i cant play on my pc because i have 1 core processor i played a lot on Grforce NOW Cloud Gaming idk why i got banned?
What should be happening instead? let me in game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play on Grforce Now

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @EVEREST_YTT.

 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

 

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

If so there is nothing that we can do to change this on AHQ.

Hey @EVEREST_YTT I'm going to lock this thread as if our TOS team has denied an appeal there is simply nothing that we can do on AHQ to change this.
