baby quest keeps restarting after the last task

this is honestly making me really mad, ive completed these baby tasks 3 times now and almost every task is 8 hours long so imagine how long i've been waiting. everytime i finish the last baby 101 quest, the whole thing resets as if i never even started the quests. this is one of the many glitches if experienced, like i put my sim to work and suddenly they are doing a hangout event, i paid for a pack and the purchase went through but i did not get any money in the game. please fix this because i genuinely like this game and ill cry

The baby quest/roommate quest I've completed several times and it just restarts at the end of the last part.
