action queue dissapears

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? city living, realm of magic, get to work, holiday celebration, get together, blooming rooms, parenthood, seasons, cats & dogs, discover university, romantic garden stuff, dine out, cottage living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure how the bug occured
What happens when the bug occurs? when i switch characters from sim 1, to another sim, and then back to sim 1 the action queue will dissapear, the sim will still be able to perform actions but i cannot cancel them or see what they are going to do
What do you expect to see? the action queue to show what the sims are going to do, on the side of the sims portrait
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

the first picture is of the game not working properly with the issue on display and the second is the game working when i switch to another sim
