Zach Brown Power up w/ player spotlight

The player spotlight card for Zach Brown is not usable as an upgrade for the power up card. When you choose to power him up to 99, the only options are power up pass or training. So what I did was quick sell him for 37k training and then upgraded him with 34k. I guess it works, but need to make that power up level a wildcard.
