same issue, galaxy s8 active.
Resetting doesn't work. You cannot locate the game in the store due to it being listed as incompatible. Maybe check the compatibility settings for the play store upload to make sure the galaxy series didn't get blacklisted?

Potential workaround:

  1. Uninstall Heroes.
  2. Ensure you are on a known good network connection.
  3. Clear the Google Play store data.
    1. Navigate to ‘Settings’.
    2. Select ‘Apps’.
    3. ‘See all Apps’.
    4. Tap ‘Google Play store’ in the list of apps.
    5. Tap ‘Storage’.
    6. Tap ‘Clear DATA’.
    7. Restart your phone and try again.
  4. Restart your phone.
  5. After working through these steps, please attempt to re-download Heroes from the Google Play store.
  6. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to Customer Experience with your device information and ally code.
  7. Additionally, if you are comfortable doing so, please also try the following advanced troubleshooting steps:
    1. Change your display resolution.
      1. Navigate to ‘Settings’.
      2. Select ‘Display’.
      3. Tap on ‘Screen Resolution’.
      4. Move the blue dot to a different resolution setting.
      5. Restart the Google Play store and try again.

I will say that Samsung pushed out an update the last few days. Maybe something EA to look into.

None of those have worked. I did not uninstall and redownload he app because i am unable to search for it due to incompatibility.

FYI I was having the same problem.  Samsung GS7 Edge.  I did a system update through the phone and was able to redownload the game.
