Young adult sims have toddler moodlets [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Snowy Escape
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start a new game and take a toddler from a household in your library that you've played before (a toddler that your sims have created by woohooing) and make them a young adult, then put them in the game and wait a bit (for me it was a few minutes) and then your sim will randomly have a playful toddler moodlet that says 'wagga wagga haha the world is so funny'.
What happens when the bug occurs? my sim randomly becomes playful and has the 'wagga wagga' toddler moodlet.
What do you expect to see? adult sims shouldn't have random toddler moodlets.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

I had an old household I had played a while ago saved in my library with a toddler my sims had had and I saved, and I aged her up into a young adult in CAS, then started playing and out of no where she suddenly became playful with the 'wagga wagga' toddler moodlet.

@xLilacSims Is it only happening with this one Sim or can you duplicate it on others as well ?
