Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check screenshot and go to that location and try to jump up and you might get stuck.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get stuck and have to respawn as there is no way to get out.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check screenshot. I tried jumping up on that structure on right side on screenshot and then I got stuck.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are stuck forever, and you have to respawn as there is no way to get out.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully fix, so I can't get stuck there anymore xD

I suggest you add details to that bug and mark "Me too".  Chances of EA taking action will be higher that way.
