YA Sim Losing Responsibility Trait [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.69.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a young adult sim with the responsibility trait and homework completed attend class at UBrite and have another young adult sim in your household travel to the library in Brichester.
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim in class lost the responsible trait because she left class, then went back in immediately after, making her late for class (she didn't travel to the library). You get a notification saying that your sim was unprepared for class but in reality, she was prepared, she had her homework done. She's a young adult and shouldn't have lost that trait.
What do you expect to see? I expected my sim not in class to travel uneventfully to the library, having no effect on the sim in class
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
