Xbox One X Dolby Atmos issue causing dialogue to be faint or non-existent

★ Novice

Product: A Way Out
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which mode has this happened in? Online Co-Op
Which character were you controlling? Vincent
Summarize your bug There is an issue with the Xbox One X and A Way Out with Dolby Atmos audio for headphones (using Plantronics RIG 400HX with Dolby Atmos headset). Dialogue either doesn’t play or is extremely faint and distant in headsets. Music and ambient sounds come through just fine (as does party chat). If headsets are unplugged and tv audio is used, dialogue audio is there (but then can't communicate with the second player). Other players that have the same headset and regular Xbox One’s have no issue (and Dolby Atmos audio is set for headphones there). If Dolby Atmos is disabled and Stereo Uncompressed is used, the dialogue returns to normal levels on the Xbox One X. Even using a different headset (Polk Audio 4Shot) that is not a Dolby Atmos headset, the dialogue issue is still there. The only way to hear dialogue is changing the main Xbox audio option away from Dolby Atmos to stereo uncompressed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Utilize the Dolby Atmos audio option available with some headsets (current headsets being used are the Plantronics RIG 400HX - https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/product/rig-400hx-dolby-atmos). Dolby app on Xbox required along with a Dolby Atmos code. Character selection doesn't matter in game, happens in local and online.
What happens when the bug occurs? All other game audio (music, sound effects/ambient sounds) plays through just fine but dialogue is extremely faint or non-existent through the channels.
What do you expect to see? Clear, crisp normal dialogue levels.

Audio options for the game need to be expanded to support various modes.
