What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot use "RB" and "LB" to navigate through system menus (Play, Legends, Armory, Store). 3 credit systems all stuck loading (back and forth loading animation, left to right).
What should be happening instead? Access to menus, access to in-game currencies.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Queued up for game. Opened loot box. Loot box loading animation happens, but doesn't open. Begins to load me into game, loot box animation sound ends but stuck on that screen (still not open). Get loaded into game, loot box never opened.
The steps I took prior to the bug:
- Queued up for game.
- Opened loot box.
- Loot box loading animation happens, but doesn't open.
- Begins to load me into game, loot box animation sound ends but stuck on that screen (still not open).
- Get loaded into game, loot box never opened.
Upon leaving that game:
- Cannot use "RB" and "LB" to navigate through system menus (Play, Legends, Armory, Store).
- 3 credit systems all stuck loading (back and forth loading animation, left to right).
I've tried:
- Quitting game, restarting game.
- Shutting down Xbox, starting again.
