[XB1] TV/Basketball interrupts several interactions [ Edited ]

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.23.61.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Get Famous, Get Together, Romantic Garden, Cool Kitchen, Backyard, and Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have sim either cook or make component on robotics station
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will stop almost immediately to either go watch TV or play basketball
What do you expect to see? The sim finishing what they are supposed to be doing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm having Sims stop cooking at the stove interaction part of cooking to go watch TV and stop using the robotics station, making components or creating robots, almost immediately to go do other things, currently he's stopping to play basketball, before he would stop to go watch TV or workout.
