Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Ep05.109
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, I don't know if this is unique to me or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have one playable family on Sulani. There are two adult mermaids and one toddler. This family is incredibly glitchy and slow. Almost every single action I try to have the adults do results in them standing there for at least 30 minutes Sim time before doing what I told them to do. I have tried the cheat code to reset them, but that doesn't work. I have not used any other cheats at all in this game. None of the families I play in any of the other neighborhoods do this, so I'm not sure if it's related to the fact that they are mermaids or just the neighborhood is glitchy or what the problem is.
What do you expect to see? Sims responding to my commands immediately instead of just sitting or standing there for a long time before finally doing what they were told.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@DiamondGrrl Do you have NAPs enacted in your neighborhoods that gives the NPCs clay and future cubes? I was seeing this in my game and had to end up loading every single housed sim to delete all the clay and future cubes from their inventory, repeal all the NAPs and then I deleted all the not in world NPCs to get rid of the cubes and clay in their inventory.
Another thread for Lag and Issues is here FAQ - Sims 4 Console Autonomy and Simulation Lag but I found just deleting all the clay and cubes stuck in inventories and repealing NAPs cleared up the standstill.
