[XB1] Sims moving randomly after work in a thunderstorm [ Edited ]

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? V1.21
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, City living, Parenthood, Toddler Stuff, Kids room stuff, Backyard Stuff, Romantic Garden stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By looking on the game and seeing if it just occurs for me or other people.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims keep walking somewhere then stopping then do the same thing over again and not listening to my orders, when thunderstorms occur, after they finish work or an audition.
What do you expect to see? That the sims should just stay in one spot.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Is it any interaction they repeat or specific ones ?
