[XB1/PS4] Relationship List only able to access 2 rows and bottom row [ Edited ]

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.27
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except kids
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? click on relationship icon in Live mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Relationships opens, you can access 2 rows of people then jump to the bottom row of people. nothing in between
What do you expect to see? all the people I know
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. latest updates and Eco

I am not able to scroll past the second line of relationships for any of my Sims on the relationship Panel. This has been going on every since I bought and downloaded Eco Living. What's going on??

Could you try if repairing the game helps
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.

Not applicable to console

I also have this issue but I am playing on the Xbox One. Have you any suggestions what I can do to help?

I'm having the same problem on Xbox, I can open it and scroll down but when I want to scroll to the top of the list it just goes to the category bubbles.

This also happens on PS4. You can scroll down to see the first couple rows of friends and then it'll jump to the bottom and then you can't move around in the relationship window anymore until you close it out completely.
