Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.17.4.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Awesome Hats Digital Content Cats & dogs City living Cook kitchen stuff Dine Out Get Famous Get To Work Get Together Island Living Life Of the Party Digital Content Luxury Party Stuff Perfect Patio Stuff Romantic Garden Stuff Seasons Up All Night Digital Content Vampires Vintage Glamour stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be any mermaids and go from water to land
What happens when the bug occurs? Be either swimming in the ground, or still be in mermaid form
What do you expect to see? To as a normal sim when out of swimable water
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
'Ello. I made a sim a mermaid today, and well. I don't think mermaids are meant to sim in the ground/ floors or be in mermaid form when out of swimable water

First of all, thanks so much for your report on this issue. We are investigating this bug, however, we have not been able to reproduce it successfully yet.
If you still see this issue happening in your game and do not mind sharing a video with us how you get this bug to show up in your game, that would indeed be super awesome as it would help our team a lot to gather further information about why this is happening!
