What is your current game version number? What? Sims 4? I guess..
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check everything
What happens when the bug occurs? I crash
What do you expect to see? Me being able to play my game and load into my family with no issues
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. all I know is that a new patch came out right before releasing eco friendly and it hasn’t been the same since!!
