[XB1] Cursor moves on it's own [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Base:1.14.61.2300 (64bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? LaundryDay
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is always happening.
What happens when the bug occurs? The curser moves up the screen on its own.
What do you expect to see? The curser not moving unless I move it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Console update April 2019

I've tried other controllers, changing profile, and checking if it happens in other games, but it only happens in Sims 4 and only since the last update. And it happens in game play and build mode.

Hi, I ended up just creating a new account on my Xbox and starting again and it now works.

Did this ever get resolved I've installed a d reinstalled my game I still have the drifting cursor

Same problem i get vampires and magic and suddenly the cursor wants to move upward on it's own.

Exactly as the topic says. It never used to do this before and suddenly everytime I tap upward it goes heading on its own. It's not the controller as this doesn't happen on any other games. The last difference bewteen last time when it worked fine and now is that I purchased vampires and magic. I have reinstalled it and nothing seems to have changed please help.

Still no response..ok well.

I have checked my controller and other then on the sims it doesn't do this. I just purchased 2 packs and would really like to be able to play the game without it moving and making me have to redo something over and over again.

It should be looked into. Don't think there's a solution
