Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into build/buy mode, click on terrain tools, choose any tool and then try to use the d pad to change the size and shape of the brush.
What happens when the bug occurs? The brush does not change size and shape when using the d pad.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to change the size and shape of the terrain tool brush with my controller's d pad.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This is literally unplayable.
