Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Xbox Series X
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.91
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, all game packs except for Star Wars, all Stuff Packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? Rifugio Dei Pirati (Residential, 30×20) Lot will not load and error code 102:bb5cfad7:ff18e37e pops up, prompting me to relaunch the game. Upon relaunching, the same thing happens.
What do you expect to see? Being able to play on that lot again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The sim family is a legacy family and is going on at least 10 generations now. I do have a graveyard in the backyard with quite a few gravestones (not sure if this is what is causing it, as I have been keeping the gravestones/ghosts out there for quite some time now). Game played just fine until this evening, when the problem began. Sims from that household cannot visit other lots using the "visit" button. I have tried having sims from other households visit that household, and everything - the sims and the lot - load just fine. I just cannot play as the family that lives in that house, which is the legacy family in question.
Edited sims in CAS with no luck. However, when I upload the family to the gallery and download it into a different game, using a different profile, on a different Xbox entirely, the family works fine to play, so I'm assuming it's a different issue than one of the sims themselves?
If you are looking for the sim family on the gallery, search the username hannerz0912, and the family name is listed as Fields. It is my daughter's family, as this is her game that she plays constantly.
Thank you so much!

Hi,
No, there aren't any in active careers. Just regular careers. One is in the salary person career and the other is in the engineering career. The other two adults in the household don't have jobs.

Sorry, I just now realized I was signed in with the wrong account, but yeah, no active careers!

Hi,
I just tried this. When I evict the family and move them back in, it does the same thing.
Interestingly, when I place a copy of the family from my gallery it allows me to play as that family in that house, but all of the relationships and everything in the family tree is wiped out.

I just tried evicting the family again and moving them into a different lot, and it brings up yhr same error code and won't load. So I can guess it doesn't have anything to do with the lot like I originally thought.
Is something wrong with that family tree somewhere?

So I think I solved this.
I started off by moving out one sim at a time via the transfer between households button. Eventually I was able to pinpoint the exact sim that was causing the problem. Then i moved the others back in, and the house and family load just fine now.
Next I deleted all of the sims out of the copy of the family save for the one that was causing the problem, as the copy of her wasn't causing problems, and I moved her back into the house.
Everything loads fine now, all family trees and everything intact.
Thank you so much for all of your help!

@savethestarlightCould be a relationship or something in the inventory, it's hard to tell. Since you're on console I can't try your save either
You can try splitting up the family and place them on different lots to see if it's a certain member of the family causing the issue so you could at least keep the rest and just replace that one with a new copy.
Thank you! I was literally just typing out that I did this when your suggestion popped up. This worked like a charm. I cannot thank you enough!
