Thank you for replying to the thread. I noticed you've moved my thread on these issues into this thread. Some of the issues are slightly different but it looks like they all involve franchise.

I just want to start a new franchise and start playing with the updated skills and abilities. Thank you for acknowledging this and I look forward to an update/fix on it soon!

Some of you have already provided detailed information like your PSN ID and we appreciate that, but the team will need the Franchise Name too.

Summarize your bug When creating a New Franchise using the 'Use Custom Roster' option in Cloud Franchise AND when using the 'Use Active Roster' option in Offline Franchise, multiple players on multiple teams are missing X-Factor and Superstar skills.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a New Cloud Franchise using the 'Use Custom Roster' option or a New Offline Franchise using the 'Use Active Roster' option and scroll to the players I have listed below. They will be missing some or all of their X-Factor and Superstar abilities.
What happens when the bug occurs? Multiple players on multiple teams are missing X-Factor and Superstar abilities.
What do you expect to see? The most up to date set of X-Factor and Superstar skills as according to the latest patch/roster.

When creating a New Franchise, either a Cloud Franchise using the 'Custom Roster Option' or an Offline Franchise using the 'Active Roster Option', multiple players on multiple teams are missing their updated X-Factor and/or Superstar abilities (See Below)

This problem has persisted for over the past 2 weeks. I know there are other Franchise issues going on right now too, like not being able to advance certain weeks, I just don't want this issue to get lost in the shuffle! So I will bump until it is fixed!

Vikings - Dalvin Cook - Missing ALL Skills - First One Free, Juke Box, Inside Zone Guru

Packers - Jaire Alexander - Missing ALL Skills: Shutdown, Acrobat, Man Up

Chiefs - Chris Jones - Missing ALL Skills: Fearmonger, Under Pressure, Power Specialist

Rams - Cooper Kupp - Missing Cross Route Specialist

Titans - Kevin Byard - Missing Pick Artist

Buccaneers - Shaquil Barrett - Missing Edge Rush Elite

Packers - Kenny Clark - Missing Inside Stuff

Falcons - Deion Jones - Missing Lurker

Chargers - Melvin Gordon - Missing Jukebox

Giants - Kevin Zietler - Missing Post Up

Eagles - Brandon Brooks - Missing Pass Block Elite

I went through the ENTIRE roster and correlated it with the patches that have come out over the past couple months. These are the players that I can find issues with 100%. It looks like anyone that has been UPGRADED since the game came out. The players that were upgraded this past patch all look like they are missing their skills entirely. Whether they be X-Factor skills, Superstar Skills or Both. Some of the older updates or changes to players look to either have the wrong skills or missing skills that they were upgraded with.

For the record, these issues happen with both Cloud AND Offline franchises using either the 'Use Custom Roster' option for Cloud Franchise or using the 'Use Active Roster' option for Offline Franchise.

I reported this issue a month ago, and its still not fixed. So, I understand your pain. But I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Please please please please please fix this. It messes up a lot of fantasy draft order stuff as well. Better guys go later to other teams because these guys don’t have their abilities
