How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Was in loading screen into a ranked match. Given the message that there were differences in ranks amongst our members in the party so all got kicked out. Once we got kicked out, when we loaded back into the lobby, we got penalized for abandoning the match. This was something out of our control.
What should be happening instead? Load into match normally and then play
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
In the lobby, we should be given an indication that our ranks were different before being able to find a match and we shouldn't be punished for abandoning the match when we get kicked out by the game.
