Wrong calculation of the Competitive Seasons rewards (HUT)

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Claim your rewards from the All Star competitive seasons or look at my account and do the math.
What happens when the bug occurs? I didn't get the rewards I should get. My final standings in the season was wrong.
What do you expect to see? The exact rewards I should get.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Hi,

I wanted to claim rewards from the HUT Competitive Teams current All Star season. I got 4 star packs for the second round - that's correct but my final season standings was miscalculated and I got wrong reward (only one regular gold pack instead of 4 star or something like that).

In the first round I was somewhere between 5000-7500 ranking (I got I guess 3 stars packs and one gold plus).
In the second I was around 4400 ranking (I get 4 stars pack).

In total I should be in area from 4400 to 7500 in the final standings, but I was at 22 000 place and I got just one regular gold pack.

Even the logical assumption is if I got 385 points in 2nd round, I can't have 160 points in final standings.

Could you please review this? Thank you very much.

Hi Barry,

I did contact the Game Advisor in the first place and he told me that there is nothing he can do about it (they don't have the proper tools for solving this issue) and told me to set up a bug report post at forum. So I did this one.

The live chat I had with him was case number #38567472

So I don't know how should I proceed if you are sending me back to EA Advisors whom I contacted in the first place.

Could you help me more please?
