What happens when the bug occurs? When i started to play Season 3, my ranked badge was looking "Gold", but i was a "Bronze" on the begining of the season. Right now, my rank is "Platinum", but my ranked badge still looks "Gold".
What should be happening instead? This is an account bug, Developers or EA specialists can fix it very easyly.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It is so easy to find. You can look at my ranked badge, it looks "GOLD". BUT i am "PLATINUM" ranked now. Your specialists wanted to see pictures, yes i've added 16 pictures on my case. So you can see that, my account is under ranked badge bug. I removed my double duty badge and put that "GOLD" badge on my Bangalore, so you can see it more easyly i think.
My account is under a bug, i couldn't get any rewards of Platinum rank. No weapon cosmetic, no platinum ranked badge...
Weapon charm looks i am series 1 gold...
I've spent hundreds of dollars and nobody, not even EA support has answered me yet. I've just added 16 pictures, i called EA UK support, which cost a lot of dollars on my phone bill. Well, i am not that rich really. I want to play more and try to reach "Diamond". Because i love blue color and i want that blue sky dive trail. But with this badge bug, even if i reach Diamond rank, i will not get any rewards. So i feel sad now. Why nobody helps me? Why nobody is answering me? Why specialists are not even trying help me?

No, i was "Gold" ranked in Season 2 .
Oh, i wanted to reach that Diamond rank and use Sky Dive Trail, i love blue color. In the games, i see that a lot of people are using sky dive trails. I even saw level 20 Predator. So i was thinking that my account is under bug.
Hmmm alright then, my ranked badge looks "Gold" now because as you gave an example, i finished Season 2 as "Gold" ranked. Even i reach Diamond now, i will get reward 70 days later.
