Wraith's tactical ability bug

Last night i have problem with her ability. Im ps4 player and when charge ability(not ultime) is full i cant use them because time s charge is blocked on 0 second for 3/4 seconds,enemy push me and when i can use that and it is active (violet screen) i take damage. I know is necessary 2 3 second for activation but i dont like die in this situation. i m hungry for the first bug,the second problem can caused from the ping or other variable and i can accept that. I can prove that because sometimes i stream my game.
