I have issues with the Kunai heirloom. I have spent more than 500€ on lootboxes. I have opened 5x115 apex packs plus the free packs from leveling from 1-100. Then the free S1 and S2 packs and i've spent the coins earned 1000-1000 on 10-10 packs also. As i count this it is way over 500 packs. I still dont have the heirloom. Is it possible that my game is bugged or something happened?
