Wraith coloring broken

Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere on the map & in the skin customization as well as legend selection and with wraiths red eyes, the menu
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just playing The game

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0, started when I loaded up season 8 of apex
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02-02-21 and 03-02-21 exact time unknown, happens randomly and often
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Wraiths eyes and face have a red hue and if you get closer to wraith, her face turns to normal and her eyes stay red. On lifelines breach and clear skin *as far as I know* from far away her face turns really dark black
What should be happening instead? Wraith and lifelines face being normally colored
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Where it’s most prominent is in the skin customization, wraiths face will most of the time be red. For lifeline on the breach and clear skin, the same thing shall apply

Wraith’s eyes and face are red. From a distance, wraiths eyes and face are both red but closer up wraiths red face goes to normal but the eyes stay the same. On the Breach and Clear lifeline skin, lifelines face just kind of turns really dark black from farther away.

My extension file type is wrong and the wraith bug is most prominent on epic rare and common skins
