Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The Tree, Capitol City
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Respawn timed out, spectating
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Several, maybe 10
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 09/01/20 18:30 CST
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Wraith is able to use her ability with no cool down or movement penalty
What should be happening instead? She should have a cool down on her ability and be slower
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The player explained it like this: - you must use your portal and your ability simultaneously to active the bug - when you enter Wraith Mode™, you have to melee - if you don't melee every time you enter Wraith Mode™, the bug will end and you will go back to having a cool down on your ability

entered a game with a guy that told me that "exploiting a bug" wasn't the same as cheating

If you run across someone using an exploit the best thing to do would be to report them directly so the Terms of Service team can take a look. For more details on how to submit a report check out this thread:
