What happens when the bug occurs? Fuse Ultimate had dropped near me, but I was outside the area of effect. I don't know if it was a hostile or friendly Fuse Ultimate (can't recall hearing the verbal bark from my squadmate about using it). Used Tactical Ability and tried to move away, passing through the Ultimate's area of effect. The 'slow' affected me even within the Void. I popped the ability well outside of the fire ring and took no damage from the ring, but the slow effect stranded me in the open and I was knocked.
What should be happening instead? Surely there should be no slow effect from the Fuse Ultimate whilst using the Tactical Ability.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Drop Fuse Ultimate and experiment with Wraith Tactical? As I say I was outside of the circle and I used the ability while close to but not affected by the ring (no damage etc.)
No idea on rarity or replicability of this - it just happened to me five minutes ago.
