Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Happens everywhere when you accidently brush up against a wall or hit an object while spinning-jump-sliding.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Hitting my tactical, then spinning-jump-sliding while against a wall

What happens when the bug occurs? It cancels my tactical which I have pressed which gets me instakilled as I have to wait a FURTHER 3 SECONDS just for it to activate AGAIN, so I'm already dead. Lost ranked games due to this already.
What should be happening instead? I should be successfully entering wraiths phase walk.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Activate wraiths phase walk, jump up against a wall and it will cancel
This is very frustrating and has cost me ranked points multiple times.
