What happens when the bug occurs? When Lifeline revives a Wraith and wraith uses her tactical instantly, after shes out of her phase she can phase again with no cooldown
What should be happening instead? A cooldown after Wraith gets revived by Lifeline
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Pick Lifeline and Wraith, get Wraith knocked then let Lifeline revive. Wraith spams tactical button then after your out of phase mode check the cooldown
