Last week the game udated with store items , I had to uninstall and reinstall the game to get that store update in my game. I logged into the game a few hours ago and got an update that is not showing in my game. Did we get more store items today? If so it is not showing for me

@star0kiss Thanks. I have the correct update for the game. The new update actually messed up my game far worse than it was before. I should not have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time the store has an update @SimGuruMaaike

I always get the Uptown Chic pack offered, it has been there for weeks on end now.

@Phantomlover1717 I have the same as you. Since the new update, I did not get the offer for the hair styles. I had to uninstall and reinstall the game for those hairstyles to show up. Now I don't have the new store update for the photography career. I could see the game trying to update with the plumbob but in the end no offer showed up. I did start my own thread on this issue. We should not have to uninstall and reinstall the game every time we get a store update . So far this is the only way to fix the issue that I have found.

For some time now (I want to say at least 3 months or so), I am no longer receiving any of the limited time offers that would appear in the featured section of The Sims Mobile game. I have friends that still see them so I know what's come and gone but with the Halloween event, I'd very much so like to purchase the Halloween Bundle but unfortunately can't. In the past, there have been bundles/packs that were offered to me and now I don't get any. After taking all possible steps on my own, I reached out to EA support who in turn told me to reach out to the forums since there was really nothing they could do on their end. Is this an issue other players are experiencing as well? Could it be possible that this is a bug in the game itself? Thanks for the help!
