Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a game and with a couple of sims make them woohoo. You can try different locations, bed, shower, sauna, walk-in closet, coffin, etc.
What happens when the bug occurs? The background music is not audible, only the effects are there.
What do you expect to see? I expect to hear background music when I zoom in on the scene.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It most likely started after the patch 1.92.145.1030
At the present time I have tested the following locations, and in all of them, the music is not heard:
- bed
- shower
- hot tub
- party bush
- walk-in closet
- sauna
- backyard observatory
- coffin
- waterfall (Sulani)
- dumpster
I have not yet tested the Lighthouse (Brindleton Bay), the tent, the rocket ship, the ice cave (Mt. Komorebi), the Dwelling (JTB), the pile of leaves, the sleeping pod, the money vault, the hot spring.
The only background music that still works is when two vampires woohoo like bats.
