Summarize your bug The store will not allow me to purchase "Fire Fantasy Packs". It says "you have no purchases remaining on this item.", but I haven't been able to even purchase any. Bought 6k points for these, and can't buy them. I've talked to customer support on the phone, and chat, and they said they were aware of the issue, and trying to fix it. They also said to post it on here, with screen shots.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the store, says "remaining 0" on fire fantasy packs.
What happens when the bug occurs? won't allow customers to purchase packs.
What do you expect to see? This fixed, and hopefully something to make up for all this inconvenience.

That's because they only release so many packs. There are zero left.

They told me it was an error, and they were working to fix it. If that's the case I wish they would've said that before I bought points.
