Winter Express Respawn is Broken

What happens when the bug occurs? When the winning team respawns on the train during the winter express game mode, there’s at least a 3-4 second overlay between the spawn screen and spawning in. My teammates and I all got killed during the respawn screen and then we weren’t able to spawn in again for that round.
What should be happening instead? We should be able to see our characters or at least be able to not get shot at went we cant even see the game that we’re playing?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have someone win the round, but then kill the winning team afterwards. Record the winning teams view and shoot at them as soon as they spawn in. They won’t be able to see anything other than “respawning” or “waiting to respond” on their screen even though they’re getting shot at.

We’re on the respawn screen while literally getting shot at. I have a video on my phone and a clip of it on my Xbox showing my health going down on the respawn screen. Why am I not able to see the game if I’m getting shot at..?

Also occurs on PC (Windows).

Have had it on 3 different occasions (one today and other 2 in the last week).

Also other teammembers that were dead will spawn with the same issue; spawning on the train where the screen doesn't turn on untill after the other team that is still on the train kills you.

Possible solutions;

-turn of damage of spawning people just long enough untill they can see the game

-auto kill if a losing team survives

-turn of weapons untill the screen is on again
