Winning a ranked game and not getting ranked points.

What happens when the bug occurs? I won the game , it went straight to the lobby without giving me ranked points.
What should be happening instead? I should get the ranked points in the game I've won
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the game logs or my winning history and see for yourself
Hey , the bug is that I won the match by taking the winning shot , i finished with 5 kills and 1410 damage.
After the game , I did not receive any ranked points , can you please try to add them ?
