Why is my apex crashing my Xbox

What happens when the bug occurs? The game will freeze at character select at champion squad screen in game and returning to lobby Ever since this season 11 drop it’s been freezing my Xbox completely

@XFINHUE Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

How to power cycle: 

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Important Make sure that you wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
4. Plug the console power cable back in.
5. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

I’ll try this later if it doesn’t work then what else can be the issue because I’ve uninstalled it and re installed already once

@EA_Atic I did what you asked me to and it in fact made my console perform even worse my game crashes now more then it ever did the game loads the game * every thing is loading graphics it’s like this new update can’t be handled on the Xbox is there a way u can send my console a hot fix if u don’t reply to this thread I’m making another complaint
