Why did my foundation level dissapear?

I want to talk about something you don't mention above: I have a couple expansions: Cats/Dogs, Jungle, First Pet, Fitness, Laundry, (Free) Holiday, (Free) Grim Guitar.
How accessible is the current experience? It's overall fine
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I am trying to build a house and I want a small deck with stairs to the front door, but the level which lowers and raises the foundation is missing.
How is this making it more difficult? Well, I can't use stairs off the front of my house, which is sad.
How can we reproduce this experience? I don't know...

Hi!

I had the same problem so I investigated a little: There is no lever anymore, now you click on a room (any room) and there will be an up and down arrow in the middle of it. If you drag the arrow up, you get a foundation!
