Where is Wedge's free xwing? [ Edited ]

I have noticed that my guild mates have all activated wedge and biggs' xwings, and that they were freely given. I have only received Biggs' xwing and not Wedge's, is this a bug? Thankyou

You only get one for free. Biggs on Android and Wedge on iOS.

There is also another problem. 

When you get wedge x wing it also tell you that you get wedge 4 star char. 

My kido got both 

but 

but when I did it I had wedge and it told me I received 32 shards for wedge and the x wing. In reality I never got a single wedge shard this needs to be fixed. I have sent a report in almost 48h ago and I have not had a reply back when it said i would get a reply in 24h.
