When will the crashing and freezing be addressed?

It seems slightly more stable since the Unity upgrade. My guess has long been that they were running a full additional instance of the game on the same production servers, which was resulting in all the backend issues for months and months. The fact that it’s dropped off recently seems to corroborate that theory, which only furthers the idea that they don’t know what they’re doing and/or refuse to spend the money (in this case, on more servers; in others, in better resources) to do it properly.

In either case, the fact that there is no acknowledgement from CG that there are even any issues is a joke. That’s the behavior of toddlers who don’t want to tell their parents they made a mistake and try to fix it before they find out, not a public company with 9-figure annual revenue.

I just finished farming the magic mirrors for my first foray into the GL Rey Ultimate ability battle this morning. Spent 10 minutes battling and had Kylo in the red but got a call. I declined the call so I could finish my battle but the app restarted.

I contacted EA Help about the issue but the poor person said he had no “options” to help me with the fact I’m out the mirrors, the time to farm the mirrors, and the crystals used to refresh energy for the mirrors. So yes please fix the issues that cause the game to crash whenever something causes you to leave the screen.

@QuimSWGoH Try using Nox instead of bluestack. I find bs to crash on everything so I stopped using it.

@EN6A6E Yeah already I told about Nox in another topic. To play the game I use Nox currently, if I not play in my iPhone SE (2016) where any crash or freeze is happening.
