Which part of the mode? Conquest

On which server did this happen?
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
Summarize your bug For months now, when I try to view a profile from the scoreboard a blank Origin modal window opens up with no options but to close the window.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open any profile on the other team from the scoreboard.
What happens when the bug occurs? Blank origin modal window pops up. Windows shows two separate Origin windows open (one for the launcher, one with a minimized bar for the profile window that contains nothing.
What should be happening instead? Should show the profile like it says it should.

If there was a way to capture a screen shot in BFV without it minimizing the window when I alt+tab or a native screenshot tool, I could easily show the behavior.

The problem still exists. Can't view players profiles in the match summary screen, nor in my lobby (main screen).
