What happens when the bug occurs? When reviving a teammate by Lifeline equipped with Gold Backpack using the new passive "Combat Revive", the UI that tells you that you are being revived by a Gold Backpack will not show to the teammate. The Gold Backpack effects still the same though. But the teammate won't know that he is going to get bonus health and shields after the revive which might be a little bit confusing.
What should be happening instead? The UI that tells you that you are being revived by a Gold Backpack should be shown normally to teammates when being revived by Lifeline equipped with Gold Backpack using the new passive "Combat Revive".
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Lifeline. Equip a Gold Backpack. Revive a downed teammate. On the teammate side, the UI that tells you that you are being revived by a Gold Backpack (The gold bar) won't be shown. The teammate will see the normal UI instead.
